Delano Residences & Hotel Miami rises 90 stories above Downtown Miami, conceived as a vertical resort that pairs private ownership with a celebrated hospitality lens. Envisioned by conceptual artist Carlos Ott and designed with architect of record CUBE3, the tower’s sculptural form is defined by soft, continuous curves and strong vertical lines. Interiors are by Meyer Davis, whose approach emphasizes proportion, materiality, and light to create calm, layered spaces that feel polished yet lived-in.

The residence collection includes 421 fully finished homes, offered in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames unobstructed views across the city skyline, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. Smart-home technology supports seamless personalization, while fully built-out closets and a contemporary lighting package reinforce the turnkey experience. Kitchens feature custom cabinetry curated by Meyer Davis and fabricated by Italkraft, with fully integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance packages.
